What do you do?

I am responsible for identifying business, design, and development needs, defining parameters for design system componentry, documentation, and governance, and leading our team to create and deploy a functional and durable design system to our users.

Why?

I am able to have impact at scale, while flexing my problem solving muscles and leading Prospa’s design from good to great.
